Our spiritual retreat was the striking balance of perfect peace and intentional discomfort. It was a place where the Lord’s voice coalesced to give me a fresh vision for my identity and current assignment.

The Community that BTA has helped to foster among nonprofit ministry leaders is truly invaluable. Meetings are strengthening, and challenging, and always result in taking away action points to help improve our team in some way. I’m so grateful for Kevin, Ron, and BTA!

Better Together Alliance has served to connect like-minded leaders and get insight on next steps with real life examples. My biggest take-away is developing the process to stay in our lane while establishing our future growth.

Our Discipling community has provided a community to allow for full vulnerability and intentional, raw conversations. It has also allowed a space to invite “outsiders” to experience a genuine group of humans who are pursuing Jesus and not masking anything or trying to be something we’re not.

For the past few years, I have felt isolated and stuck in the same processes that were barely keeping my ministry afloat with little to no growth or advancement. Joining the Better Together Alliance was a game-changer. Not only is it refreshing to recharge with other nonprofit leaders on a consistent basis, but the knowledge and application takeaways have allowed my ministry to hire two new employees and grow end-of-year donations in a matter of a few months. Leaps and bounds!

My discipling community has given me a place to learn and grow in my faith with other committed Christians while being my authentic self. Hearing the conversations and what the Lord has revealed to them only deepens my faith and makes me want more.
